Precompiled Solaris binaries of IPFilter

Update: There appears to be a problem with 3.4.32 that causes my system at least to PANIC.
Update: I have applied the patch to 3.4.32 which fixes the kernel panics. The following md5 checksums are of the patched packages. The new packages were on the webserver by 14:40 EDT

Solaris 7 was the first 64-bit release of Sun's OS. 32-Bit applications continue to run, however, kernel drivers need to be compiled as 64-bit exectuables. Unfortunately gcc doesn't generate 64-bit code, yet. So for people who want to run things like IPFilter one needs to get Sun's C Compiler. I have it and I will make binaries of IPFilter available to anyone who needs them.

When installing the package install ipfx first because it contains the 64-bit device driver. The ipf package has a postinstall script that loads the drivers. If ipfx is not installed then it will fail. This is not really a problem because a reboot after both packages are installed will get it to load properly anyway.
These packages have no patches applied. They were built using a pristine copy of the IPFilter source as distributed by the main IPFilter site.
